The Dubai Model Centre in the General Secretariat of the Executive Council aims to enabling government entities to deliver exceptional services to its customers and seeks to ensure the customer voice and suggestion is captured to simplify services procedures and develop and enhance service delivery.
Therefore, the Dubai Model Centre has taken the initiative and cooperated with Dubai Smart Government to develop Dubai Government Unified Customer and Employee Suggestion Scheme, currently the esugget portal, is available online and through the smart phone as Mapp. to cater to all Government organizations within Dubai by receiving and studying and assessing suggestions received similarly from customer or employee, and the outcome is used as service improvement baseline based on service improvement methodology.
