Issuance of a green visa
(high-level skilled worker)
The foreigner is granted a work entry visa under the category of (high-level skilled worker), which permits the holder to remain in the country for (60) sixty days starting from the date of entry or until the necessary processes for granting residence have been completed.
Requirements
1. A personal photo.
2. A copy of the passport, with a validity of not less than 6 months.
3. A permit from the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation.
4. An employment contract if the facility is governmental, semi-governmental, or from free zones.

2. Search for the service to be applied for.

Terms And Conditions
1. To obtain a High-Level Skilled Worker permit from the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation in the country under an approved employment contract or from governmental, semi-governmental, and free zone facilities.
2. That the skilled labour category be for levels 1, 2 and 3 in the occupation classification approved by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation.
3. The minimum level of education should be a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
4. The salary must be at least 15,000 thousand Dirhams or the equivalent in other currencies.
