- Continuity of study (for both sexes).
- Proof of residence.
- Attaching a copy of the guardianship certificate issued by the court in the same country from which the certificate was issued, duly certified to ensure its validity.

ninth: Documents required to renew the residency of adopted children:
The residency for the aforementioned category will be automatically renewed if the financial security deposit is met and if there is no restriction on renewal, after:
- Conducting a medical fitness exam for those over 18 years of age and older.
- Attaching proof of marital status from the country's courts (female) for those over 18 years of age.
- Continuing studies (for both genders).
- Proof of residence.
- A copy of the rental contract certified and appropriate for the number of family members. Adoption certificate issued by the court in the same country from which the adoption took place, stating the name of the orphanage from which the adopted child was adopted and there is no objection from the country concerned to the adopted child travelling to the UAE, duly certified.

Residencies for this category are renewed according to the instructions of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship after:
Conducting a medical fitness exam for those over 18 years of age (both genders).

To issue a residence permit for a foreigner with a sponsor (The sponsor’s relatives, wife’s relatives) in UAE, the following conditions should be met:

1. Relationship:
A. If the foreigner is a relative of a UAE citizen, proof of the relationship should be provided, regardless of the degree.
B. If the foreigner is a relative of a UAE resident or his spouse, the following degree of relationship should be met:
- Relatives of the foreigner: father, mother, minor siblings, provided the maintenance condition should be met.
- Relatives of the foreigner's wife: father, mother, minor children, provided the custody condition should be met.

The grace period for staying in the country after the expiry of the residence permit or cancellation is (60) sixty days. All applications are subject to study and assessment by the committee, each individually. In the event of approval, a financial security deposit of (AED 5,000) must be paid for each application in the event that it is postponed upon issuance, provided that the security deposit amount does not exceed (AED 15,000)
