GDRFA Dubai inks Memorandum of Understanding with Ajman Municipality & Planning Department

The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ajman Municipality & Planning Department to bolster joint efforts across various sectors and foster a closer partnership between the two entities.

The MoU was signed by HE Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of GDRFA, and HE Abdul Rahman Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Director General of Ajman Municipality and Planning Department, in the presence of high-ranking officials and officers from both sides.

HE Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri emphasized that the General Directorate is committed to expanding the scope of collaboration with strategic partners while serving the country's core objectives and providing the UAE society with national talents and expertise that can make a positive and effective contribution to enhancing the quality of life, in line with the directives and visions of the UAE leadership.

For his part, Abdul Rahman Al Nuaimi reaffirmed the municipality's keenness to reinforce cooperation with its strategic partners to achieve optimal results and enhance operations in various sectors. Al Nuaimi added that both sides will work hand in hand to develop their collaboration and coordination to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver superior services to all residents and stakeholders.

Under the MoU, both parties will exchange studies and research aimed at improving institutional quality and achieving strategic objectives. They will also cooperate to enhance customer services, share expertise, and utilize experiences to improve operational efficiency, streamline procedures, and strengthen coordination. Additionally, they will work hand in hand to develop the technical and administrative capabilities of employees from both parties.
