GDRFA announces official working hours during Ramadan

The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai has announced its official working hours for the holy month of Ramadan. In a move to accommodate the unique needs of the month, the directorate has tailored its hours to ensure comprehensive service availability, emphasizing the implementation of the credit hours system.

Customers can avail themselves of services at several locations, including the main GDRFA building in Al Jafiliya, Al Manara Centre, the newly inaugurated Al Twar Centre, and other external centres scattered throughout the emirate. Additionally, services are accessible at the Amer Service Centre.

The specified hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, excluding Fridays. Friday hours are segmented into two intervals: from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Additionally, the Customer Happiness Centre - Airport Services Terminal 3 offers its services round the clock. This 24-hour availability extends to the directorate's smart applications and online portal, ensuring that customers can access services at any time.

Al Awir Customer Happiness Centre has also adjusted its schedule to welcome customers from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week, reinforcing the directorate's commitment to accessibility during Ramadan.

Further enhancing customer service, GDRFA stressed that Amer Customer Happiness Centre is available 24/7 via the toll-free number 8005111. This is to maintain open lines of communication with the public, provide necessary services, and meet customer requirements efficiently throughout the holy month.
