GDRFA takes part in 23rd Airport Show, showcases quality services
The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai (GDRFA) is set to participate in the 23rd edition of the Airport Show, one of the most significant global events in travel and aviation, scheduled from May 14 to 16 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
GDRFA's participation comes in line with its commitment to propelling the travel industry forward, both on a local and global scale, in harmony with Dubai's pivotal position in the tourism and aviation sectors.
During the event, GDRFA will showcase a wide range of smart services designed to enhance passenger experiences and streamline travel procedures, reinforcing Dubai's status as a top destination for tourism, business, and residential living.
HE Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of GDRFA, emphasised that the Airport Show provides an invaluable opportunity for exchanging expertise and learning about the latest developments and best practices in the aviation sector.
Al Marri added that the event also provides an ideal platform for broadening strategic partnerships that bolster Dubai Airports' regional and global influence as a major air connectivity hub, thereby solidifying Dubai’s position as a leading global destination.
His Excellency noted that during the event, GDRFA will showcase a suite of its high-quality services while engaging directly with customers to update them on new initiatives and efforts being made to facilitate transaction processes, enhance performance efficiency, and meet their expectations.
Among the services to be highlighted are the Smart Command and Control Centre, GDRFA Customer Community, Smart Portal, Golden Visa, 04 Unified Interactive Platform for Communication between Dubai Government and its Customers, as well as the passport control counters for children.
