GDRFA Dubai Shines by Winning Seven Prestigious Awards at the Harvard Business Council 2024

The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai (GDRFA) has added a new milestone to its series of achievements by winning seven prestigious awards at the "Harvard Business Council Awards 2024." These awards honor outstanding leadership and creative teams from global institutions. GDRFA Dubai stood out during the awards ceremony held in Saudi Arabia, thanks to the efforts of its various teams who contributed to its excellence across multiple fields.

GDRFA Dubai received the Diamond Individual Leadership Award, which was deservedly won by His Excellency Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of GDRFA Dubai , in recognition of his leadership role and efforts in advancing institutional transformation. Additionally, the department won the Partnership Award due to the efforts of the Partnership and Integration Division and the Agreements and Memorandums of Understanding Department, which have established effective cooperative relations that support its strategic objectives.

Furthermore, the department was honored with the Institutional Excellence Award, a global recognition of its commitment to applying best institutional practices in services. It also won the Organizational Agility Award in recognition of the efforts of the Organizational Agility Department to enhance the flexibility and adaptability of the organization.

The efforts of the Contracts and Procurement Department also led to winning the Supply Chain Award for its significant role in enhancing the efficiency of procurement and supply chain operations. In the field of customer care, GDRFA Dubai won the Customer Care Award, thanks to the efforts of the Customer Happiness Department and the Survey Division in improving customer experiences and meeting their expectations.

Emphasizing the role of advanced technology, GDRFA Dubai was also awarded the Artificial Intelligence Award, recognizing the efforts of the Digital Services Department in developing smart systems that enhance the efficiency of the services provided.
