Issuing a golden residence permit (entrepreneurs)
The Golden Residence Permit is granted to entrepreneurs with successful projects or business plans of a technological or future nature based on disruptive innovation, whether from within or outside UAE. The residency period is 10 years, extendable if the same conditions are met.
Requirements
1. A copy of the sponsor's passport.
2. A letter of nomination from the Dubai Future Authority.

Service Steps
Digital channels (website):
1. Log in to the smart services system through (UAE Pass or username).
2. Search for the service to be applied for.
3. Fill in the application data, where applicable.
4. Pay the service fee (if any).
Amer Service Center:
1. Visit the nearest Amer Service Center.
2. Get the automated turn ticket and wait.
3. Submitting the application that fulfils all conditions and documents (if any) to the customer service employee.

Terms And Conditions
1. This category is nominated by the Dubai Future Foundation in the Emirate of Dubai.
2. The entrepreneur must have a pioneering project registered with the Ministry of Economy or relevant local authorities, with an annual income of AED 1 million.
3.The entrepreneur must have a pioneering project from a business incubator or the Ministry of Economy, establishing a business in the country, with an income of AED 2 million.
4.The entrepreneur must have founded a pioneering project that was sold for no less than AED 7 million.

· One of the conditions for retaining a Golden Residence Permit is the ability to support oneself and one's family without needing government support.
· Please note that your nomination by the relevant authority does not constitute final approval for the Golden Residence Permit. Final approval is subject to evaluation by the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, after reviewing the file and meeting all approved conditions and criteria.
· Golden Residence Permit holders are exempt from the 180-day stay abroad law, as the residence permit is considered void only if it expires outside the country.
