1. Request to print the form of opening or increasing tourist
visas (AMER Model Centers).
2. A copy of the establishment card.
3. A copy of the tourism license.
4. A copy of the tenancy contract for the establishment office.
5. A copy of the Emirates ID of one of the authorized
signatories.
6. A letter from the establishment explaining the reason for
requesting or increasing tourist visas .
7. Bank statement in the name of the establishment.
8. Contracts with hotels.
9. Contracts with internal and external tourism agencies.
10. Actual internal tourist program.
11. Tourist transport contracts or approval of the Roads and
Transport Authority.
12. A letter from the Department of Tourism in case of desert
camps.

1. Visit of the General Directorate of Identity and
Foreigners Affairs - Dubai / Main Building
2. Get an automated queue ticket and wait.
3. Submit the application with all conditions and documents (stamped and signed).
4. Waiting for the committee's decision.

· AED 500 fee for requesting to increase the number of
allowed permits.
· AED 5,000 category opening fee.
· AED 75,000 Tourism License Guarantee.
· AED 1000 Guarantee per single travel visa.
· AED 2000 Guarantee for each visa several trips.

· No violators on the establishment record during the
submission of the application.
· Availability of the elements of tourism activity from
contracts, partnerships and actual programs.
· Availability of the activity of "Domestic Tour Operator"
within the trade license.
· An active establishment file with at least 3 employees.

· Applications are not accepted in the event of violations in the
establishment file or the lack of tourism potential. The
violations should be followed and be closed.
· In the event of approval or rejection of the application by
the competent committee, the customer can reapply after 3
months from the date of issuance of the decision, taking into
account addressing the reasons for rejection, if any.
