A foreigner who owns real estate inside the country is granted a residence permit without a guarantor/host inside the country.
1. A copy of the passport.
2. A recent personal photo with a white background.
3. Real estate ownership 4certificate. A salary certificate or an employment contract proving that the applicant receives a monthly salary of not less than (15,000) fifteen thousand Dirhams or its equivalent in foreign currencies

1. Log in to the smart services system through (UAE Pass or username).
2. Search for the service to be applied for.
3. Fill in the application data, where applicable.
4. Pay the service fee (if any).

Customer Happiness Centre:
1. Visit the nearest Customer Happiness Centre.
2. Get the automated turn ticket and wait.
3. Submitting the application that fulfils all conditions and documents (if any) to the customer service employee.

Amer Service Centre:
1. Visit the nearest Amer Service Centre.
2. Get the automated turn ticket and wait.
3. Submitting the application that fulfils all conditions and documents (if any) to the customer service employee.
4. Pay the service fee (if any).
Residence permit fee: AED200

Note The issuance fee increases by AED100 annually whenever the residency is over two years.
1. The property must be fully built and the landowners do not include the yard.
2. Submitting a certificate of ownership of the property from the competent authority for real estate registration in the country.
3. The property must be wholly owned by the applicant, or no less than 2 million Dirhams have been paid of the value of the property. The property may also be a loan from a local bank in the country.
4. The property must be habitable.
5. The applicant must have a monthly income of not less than (15,000) fifteen thousand Dirhams or its equivalent in foreign currencies, or prove his financial solvency throughout his stay in the country.
