The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai has hosted a ceremony to honour 250 partners of the Happiness Card program. The program, which was launched by the GDRFA, aims to bring happiness to employees, their first-degree relatives, and tourists visiting Dubai.
HE Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director-General of GDRFA Dubai, assistants to the Director General, and numerous department directors and senior officials attended the honouring ceremony.
The event reflects GDRFA's commitment to strengthening communication channels and interaction with employees and partners, who are the foundation of its participatory institutional work.
Al-Marri emphasized that the GDRFA's goal of honouring partners goes beyond simply recognizing them. Rather, it is a reflection of the entity’s commitment to highlighting the significance, role, and contributions of partners, who play a fundamental role in ensuring the success of GDRFA’s innovative and pioneering initiatives that benefit the community and the nation as a whole.
Al Marri noted that the partnership relationship between various entities falls within the scope of complementary work between official and private institutions.
He further said that GDRFA believes that partners are not only there to provide support and assistance but also play a critical role in achieving success and happiness. Partners are an active and influential element of the GDRFA’s policy, programs, initiatives, and services that will bring joy and pleasure to citizens, residents, tourists, employees, and their families.
