2. Get the automated turn ticket and wait.
3. Submitting the application that fulfils all conditions and documents (if any) to the customer service employee.

Note The issuance fee increases by AED100 annually whenever the residency is over two years.
2. To be a member of public benefit associations or institutions, or a specialized employee therein, for a period of no less than five (5) years.
3. To have received awards of appreciation from local, regional, or international institutions specialized in the field of humanitarian work.
4. To be a financial supporter of humanitarian work, provided that the value of the support is no less than AED 2,000,000 or its equivalent.
5. To have a university degree.

The service is available during the normal operating hours of AMER Centers.
- Please note that your nomination by the competent authority does not constitute final approval for the Golden Residence Permit. Final approval is subject to evaluation by the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, after reviewing the file and meeting all approved conditions and criteria.
- Golden Residence Permit holders are exempt from the 180-day stay abroad law, as the residence permit is considered void only if it expires outside the country.
- Obtaining Golden Residence Permit approval for this category is conditional upon a residence file issued solely from the Emirate of Dubai.
- Golden Residence applications cannot be submitted without the approval of the relevant ministry through the Federal
Authority for Identity and Citizenship (UAEICP) system.
