Issue a family book according to a statement of marriage (Citizen wife).
1. The wife's birth certificate.
2. The wife's last educational qualification.
3. Work card or work certificate of the wife, if she works.
4. The marriage contract within the state, and if more than a year has passed since the contract, the continuation of the marriage must be brought from the Sharia court in the state.

Issue a family book according to a statement of marriage (foreign wife):
1. The passports of the husband and wife.
2. The marriage contract within the state, and if the contract has passed for more than a year, the continuation of the marriage must be submitted to the Sharia court in the form.
3. The last educational qualification of the husband and wife.
4. The birth certificate of the husband and wife.
5. A work card or a work certificate for the husband and wife who work. If the husband does not work, a declaration from the Sharia Court must be submitted that he does not work.

This service costs 50 AED

1. If the citizen husband or wife is a member of the armed forces, a letter of no objection to marrying a foreign wife or husband is required.
2. If a family book is issued according to a marriage statement and the husband is not working, a case declaration must be submitted from the Sharia Court( is does not work )
3. A divorced woman may choose the place to issue the new family book based on the record of her divorced husband or father. However, when selecting the place to give her father's family book, it must be added to him before marriage.
4. A new family book is issued to the widow, provided she has no children registered in her deceased husband's family book.
