GDRFA Dubai announces working hours during Eid Al Adha

The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai has announced its working hours for the upcoming Eid Al Adha holidays. 

From Tuesday, June 27, to Sunday, June 30, 2023, the Customer Happiness Centre at the Dubai International Airport, Terminal 3 (Arrivals Hall), will remain open and continue to provide the GDRFA’s services 24/7.

This move is aimed at ensuring ease and convenience for customers looking to complete procedures during the Eid holidays. The Customer Happiness Centre will operate from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily throughout this period.

Customers can also make inquiries regarding GDRFA services by calling the toll-free call centre service "Amer." The call centre operates round the clock, seven days a week, and can be reached at 800-5111.

Furthermore, GDRFA encourages customers to use the Dubai Now App and its official website (http://www.gdrfad.gov.ae) for completing transactions during the Eid Al Adha holiday.

The GDRFA also clarified that the Customer Happiness Center located in the follow-up sector for violators and foreigners in Al Aweer will be receiving customers from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily throughout the Eid holiday.
