GDRFA Dubai organizes 2nd edition of “Happiness in Travel” Exhibition

The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai has organised the 2nd edition of the "Happiness in Travel" Exhibition to boost the happiness of employees from various government entities by providing a travel and tourism experience at competitive prices. The event took place at the department's headquarters in Al Jafiliya.

The exhibition showcased various facets of the tourism industry, including aviation, hotels, travel agencies, and other entertainment entities, and aimed to provide exclusive offers and privileges with discounts of up to 50%, allowing participants to enjoy a top-tier entertainment experience during the summer vacation of 2023.

In addition to these significant discounts, participants also had opportunities to win valuable prizes worth up to AED 25,000. These prizes included travel and tourism packages, making the event even more enticing.

HE Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of GDRFA, attended the opening of the exhibition, expressing admiration for the event and emphasising that the exhibition will reflect positively on improving the quality of life for employees within GDRFA and other government entities across the emirate.

Al Marri stressed that the exhibition serves as a platform for launching promotional offers and competitions. He reaffirmed that GDRFA is committed to launching initiatives and activities aimed at enhancing the happiness of employees, adding that such events will help promote the tourism sector, thus supporting the national economy.
