GDRFA DUBAI launches the "Reputation Ambassadors" initiative for its employees

The GDRFA in Dubai has launched the "Reputation Ambassadors" initiative, which is considered a proactive and innovative step aimed at promoting the culture of institutional reputation among employees and enhancing innovation in the work environment, thereby contributing to strengthening its position as one of the leading institutions in the United Arab Emirates.

The "Reputation Ambassadors" initiative aims to enhance internal institutional reputation and build communication bridges among GDRFA employees. It also aims to stimulate initiative and innovative thinking among them while reinforcing positive reputation internally. The initiative targets a select group of GDRFA employees to become internal ambassadors for institutional reputation through a special program designed to achieve this goal.

General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of GDRFA in Dubai, emphasized that this initiative reflects the institution's firm commitment to developing a positive work environment and enhancing trust and interaction among employees. He pointed out that it is based on the sixth principle of the ten principles of the UAE related to establishing the global reputation of the UAE, as announced by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. He also stated that it contributes to consolidating the distinguished position held by GDRFA at the local, regional, and global levels.

In turn, Brigadier Abdul Samad Hussain Suleiman, Deputy Assistant Director-General for Leadership and Future Affairs at GDRFA, explained that the Reputation Ambassadors initiative reflects its ongoing commitment to enhancing the culture of institutional reputation and promoting innovation in the work environment. He emphasized that this proactive step highlights GDRFA's readiness for future challenges and enhances its position as a leading institution in supporting the work environment and strengthening cooperation among human resources.
