The Sheikha Shamsa Bin Suhail Award's Creativity Award for Women with Special Needs was won by Al-Madani/Hawa Muhammad Ahli. Hawa Muhammad Ahli experienced a severe rise in her body temperature in her fifth year. Her parents were unaware of the severity of her condition until after the height had negatively impacted her hearing and speech, turning her from a normal child to a deaf mute.
