Registration of Temporary Closure
This service allows the temporary closure of the file of individuals or companies due to reasons specific to the business activity or the owners of the facility, due to the inability to issue entry permits or residency visas to the sponsored persons until the restrictions are settled
Requirements
1. Sponsor's travel document
2. Sponsored travel document
3. A letter stating that a temporary closure has been registered from the sponsor

Service Steps
1- Visit one of the branches of the Public Services Section located in (the main building of GDRFA Dubai, Al-Awir Building, Airport Services Center at Dubai Airport Terminal 3)
2- Submit the request to the service officer
3- Pay the fees due
4- Receipt of the temporary closure document

Fees
* A collection commission of AED 20 is added per transaction / Commercial Bank of Dubai.
* A collection commission is added: AED 50 for companies and AED 15 for individuals / Emaratech Company
* In case that the application is submitted through AMER Centers, a fee of AED 100 will be added.

Terms And Conditions
In case of a temporary closure (case) of residency visa or entry permits
1- Certificate from the arresting authority stating the date of arrest or the date of start of case
In case of register of a temporary closure for the partner or the investor
1- Copy of trade license
2- Copy of sale of shares or dissolution and liquidation of the company
3- Presence of the citizen in person is required
In case of a temporary closure for health reasons
1- Detailed report on the date of admission of the sponsored to the hospital, accredited by the Ministry of Health or the Health Authority
In case of a temporary closure due to the loss of the passport
1- Original and copy of the letter of loss issued by the police, in which the lost passport's number is mentioned
1- Certificate from the arresting authority stating the date of arrest or the date of start of case
