Al-Madina / Hawa Mohammed Ahli won the Creativity Award for Women with Special Needs organized by the Sheikha Shamsa ç Award, citizen Eve Mohammed Ahli realized in her fifth year, the same as all children who are exposed to many fluctuations and changes that can negatively affect their health, One of these changes is that she was subjected to a very high heat, and the parents did not realize the seriousness of her condition, only after the rise affected her hearing capacity and her ability to speak, and from here Eve went from a child together to deaf with a cry because of a situation in which she had no hand, but fate ruled, but she did not despair and continued to search until she found a job in the Department of Residence and Nationality in Dubai in 2005, She has improved herself, demonstrated her ability to give to all her officials and has proven her ability, excellence and creativity in many areas where she has been and continues to be a distinguished employee in the General Department of Residence and Foreign Affairs Dubai.

The General Department of Residence and Foreign Affairs received the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Supporters of the Arts in the Category of Friends of the Arts for its efforts in supporting the arts and culture in its fields where it embraced, nurtured and supported many artistic and cultural activities internal and external.

The General Department of Residence and Foreign Affairs has won the Sustainable Transport Award in the category of smart applications for the Home Work Initiative, as the department's "telecom work" experience has contributed to a 100% increase in employee productivity. The initiative has proved very successful, It benefited the administration, the staff and the community much, explaining that the Department had selected five competent female citizens with family needs that required their stay at home and had given them the option of working from home. Female employees issued electronic stays, renovated them and changed resident data from home, and the performance of female employees increased significantly, with each performing about 300 transactions per day, and the rate rose to more than 700 every day

The General Department of Residence and Foreign Affairs Dubai, represented by the entry and residence permit sector, has been awarded the Emirates Ideas Award in the smart government innovation category for the "50 Plus" project, which enables customers if they meet all the requirements to complete their treatment in no more than 15 seconds. The duration of obtaining a visa independent of its nature is a visit, work or residence visa, after entering all the correct data through the use of a technology and harnessing artificial intelligence in the termination of check-in, thus making Dubai the fastest destination in the world to achieve this figure in the completion of the entry permit.

Civil/ Manal Al Jasmi received the first place in Dubai Government Excellence program award in the category of outstanding new employee. Civil /Maha Al-Dabous also finished third in the distinguished employee category.

Dubai receives the "Distinguished Supporter" award within the public sector in recognition of its efforts in achieving excellence in the private education sector in the Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein Special Education Award, where the award motivates special education workers to give more and efforts in order to promote the services provided to people with special needs and encourage national administrative and technical staff in particular to work with people with special needs and to improve the level of services provided to them.
