IDEAS. ARABIA
In putting the "Future Foresight Diploma" concept into practice, the Strategy and Future Foresight Department of the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai won the "Arab Ideas" award of the Dubai Quality Group for the year 2021 for the best global innovative idea in the "Education" category.

International Business Excellence & Leadership Awards
The "Smart Corridor" project, the first of its kind in the world, is based on utilizing artificial intelligence technologies to facilitate and accelerate the process. The General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, represented by the Department of Future Ports, the Airports Sector, won first place in the International Business and Leadership Excellence Awards in the category of government services. utilizing smart gates to pass through immigration at Dubai International Airport without having to present any identification, such as a passport, identity card, or boarding pass.

The Golden Bridge Awards
Following are some significant international honours that Dubai's General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs has received:
- The Financial Resources Department took home the Golden Award for being the best organization in the accounting field for financial auditing.
For the smart corridor project, the Future Ports Department won the Golden Award for the year 2019 in the category of greatest administrative achievement.
- The Silver Award for Best Innovator went to Major Khaled Abdullah Al Hashemi, Head of the Leadership and Future Department.
The Best Information Technology Risk Management category's Bronze Award went to the Corporate Support and Smart Services Sector.

Chairman's Award for Excellence
The Dubai residence won several awards in the Authority’s President’s Award for Excellence in its first session, which the Federal Authority organised for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security, and they were as follows:
- First place in the Distinguished Organizational Unit category (Integrated Management).
- Lieutenant Colonel Rashid Obaid Al Ketbi won first place for the best customer service manager in the Knight of Excellence category.
- Mahra Darwish Al-Muhairi won first place in the Knight of Excellence category for the youth-civilian category.
- Fatima Salman Al-Sabri won the Ideal Mother Award - Civilian.
- Lieutenant Amina Al-Sayed Al-Hashemi won the Knight of Excellence award in customer happiness.
- Major Khaled Abdullah Al-Hashemi won second place in the category of the Chairman of the Commission for the best innovator.
- Maryam Abdul Rasool Abu Al-Maleh won second place for Al-Madaniya in the Knight of Excellence category for the youth category.
- Major Omran Ahmed Al Ali won the Best Innovator Award in the category of Chairman of the Authority.
Naglaa Omar Al-Doukhi won third place in the category of Chairman of the Commission for Excellence in the Specialized Field..

UAE IDEAS
In the category of creativity in the field of smart government, the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, represented by the Entry and Residence Permits Sector, won the Emirates Ideas Award for the project "50 Plus," which allows customers, if they meet all the requirements, to complete their transactions in a time not exceeding 15 seconds. Dubai will thus be the location to complete the entry permit the fastest in the entire world.

PRINCESS HAYA AWARD FOR SPECIAL EDUCATION
The Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein Award for Special Education recognized the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai as a "Distinguished Supporter" for its efforts to achieve excellence in the special education sector. The award encourages special education workers to give more and work harder to advance services. the provision of services for those with special needs and the encouragement of the national technical and administrative cadres, in particular, to collaborate with those individuals and improve the quality of the services offered to them.

Association For Strategic Planning Awards
After competing with more than 200 governmental and private organizations globally with the global ASP in the field of strategic planning, the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai won the American Richard Award from the Strategic Planning Association awards during the activities of the American organization's annual conference.

IDEAS UK
Through its participation in the IDEAS UK conference and award, the Dubai residency took home six awards. The conference was sponsored as a special honour for winning the platinum award for the ideas system, first place in the creators' sponsorship program's initiative category for people and organizations, special resident award for the smart corridor project, and centre second in the innovation category for the smart corridor project.

THE STEVIES AWARDS
One of the highest international awards in the fields of international business, institutional excellence, and human resources is the Stevie Award. The General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, represented by the Creativity and Innovation Center and Amer Department of Customer Happiness, won the Golden Award for the Smart Management category for the year 2019 and the Bronze Award for the Best Customer Service Management category.

At the Culture and Science Symposium's 25th session, employee Kholoud Abdullah Al Ali Saleh from the Institutional Support Sector won the Al Owais Award for Creativity in the category of Best Artwork for Youth.
