UAE IDEAS
The "Challenge Race Program" project, which the Dubai Identity started, won the Emirates Ideas Award in 2016 in the Arabic language promotion category for the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, represented by the Department of Corporate Communication.

Dubai Government Excellence Program
In the Dubai Government Excellence Program, the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs took home several prizes, including: - Second place in the category of the friendly entity for people with disabilities, in recognition of the top-notch services the public sector offers to the elderly and people with disabilities, whether intelligent, electronic, or direct.
- In the category of distinguished government employees, Brigadier General Talal Ahmed Al-Shanqeeti took first place.
- In the administrative-financial field, Captain Faisal Yaqoub Al Balushi took first place in the distinguished employee category.
- In the category of "distinguished new employees," Captain Muhammad Yousef Al-Marri took first place.
Major Salem bin Ali won the Creative Employee Award in first place.
- Captain Ghaleb Majed Al-Marri won second place in the distinguished employee category in engineering technology.
2015
Dubai Award For Sustainable Transport
The General Department of Residence and Foreign Affairs has won the Sustainable Transport Award in the category of smart applications for the Home Work Initiative, as the department's "telecom work" experience has contributed to a 100% increase in employee productivity.
The initiative has proved very successful, It benefited the administration, the staff and the community much, explaining that the Department had selected five competent female citizens with family needs that required their stay at home and had given them the option of working from home. Female employees issued electronic stays, renovated them and changed resident data from home, and the performance of female employees increased significantly, with each performing about 300 transactions per day, and the rate rose to more than 700 every day

Dubai Government Excellence Program
Al-Madaniya/Manal Al-Jasmi took first place in the distinguished new employee category of the Dubai Government Excellence Program Award.
Maha Al-Dabbous, a civil servant, took third place in the category of outstanding female employees.
2014
Interior Minister Award
• First place in the Minister of Interior Award (leader stage) for the Distinguished Internal Performance Improvement Team for the Dubai Model Team and the problem-solving category in the "Counting Violators" initiative went to the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai. The top spot for the best customer service facility.
• Colonel Hussein Ibrahim Ahmed was recognised as the best officer in the field of supervision.
• Lieutenant Rashid Abdullah Saeed took first place as the best officer in the field.
• To protect ports, Sergeant Faisal Abdullah Al Zaabi received this honour.
• The Creative Employee Award went to Captain Marwan Abdullah Belhasa.
• Assistant Ahmed Abdullah Naji won the best non-commissioned officer and personnel award in the administrative field.
• Captain Amer Rashid Aaded Al Muhairi won the technical field's best non-commissioned officer and personnel award.
• Al-Madani Talib, bin Ali Al-Shehhi, won the Ideal Driver Award.
2014
Dubai Government Excellence Program
The General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai took first place in the category for financially distinguished government agencies in the Dubai Government Excellence Program in 2014.
- Third place for the smart gates projects in the categories of distinguished joint government project and distinguished government entity electronically.
- Colonel Khalaf Ahmed Al-Ghaith took first place in the category of distinguished government workers.
2013
Shamsa Bint Suhail Award for creative women
The Sheikha Shamsa Bin Suhail Award's Creativity Award for Women with Special Needs was won by Al-Madani/Hawa Muhammad Ahli. Hawa Muhammad Ahli experienced a severe rise in her body temperature in her fifth year. Her parents were unaware of the severity of her condition until after the height had negatively impacted her hearing and speech, turning her from a normal child to a deaf mute. Despite this, Hawa Muhammad Ahli did not give up and kept looking until that point. In 2005, she discovered a position opening at the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, where she distinguished herself in numerous fields with excellence and creativity while demonstrating her capacity to give to others

In the Friends of the Arts category, the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai won the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Art Supporters.

It was awarded for the exceptional technical/technical team category represented by the electronic services industry.
The "Nujoom Al-Qayla" team received the Distinguished Internal Joint Team Award for investigating and monitoring violators.
