GDRFA Dubai launches " We Are Here For You" campaign in Global Village

The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai has launched an awareness-raising campaign, "We Are Here For You," to showcase the diverse services offered by GDRFA to enhance customer quality of life. 

Launched at Global Village near the Main Theatre from January 8 to February 8, 2024, the campaign reflects GDRFA's commitment to delivering high-quality services, enhancing the overall customer experience. Visitors to the Global Village will be introduced to a host of GDRFA services, including entry and residence permits, as well as airport services. 

Brigadier Abdul Samad Hussein, Acting Assistant Director General of the Institutional Support Sector, emphasised that this campaign is a testament to the directorate’s dedication to better customer communication and service innovation.

Key features of the campaign include a detailed presentation of airport services such as Children's Passport Counters, entry permits for residents and their GCC companions, extension of entry for GCC residents and companions, smart gates, smart corridors, and various visa options, including visa on arrival, 48-hour, and 96-hour visas.

In an effort to encourage participation and enhance interaction, the campaign will also host a questionnaire with opportunities to win exclusive prizes. This is part of a broader strategy by GDRFA, which previously launched similar successful campaigns in different regions of Dubai, significantly improving customer outreach and service awareness.
