23 local and international delegations visit GDRFA in 2023 to learn about best practices
The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai welcomed 23 delegations in 2023, comprising 11 from local and federal government departments and agencies and 12 from various international organizations. These visits aimed to explore the best practices of the Directorate in its journey of digital transformation and proactive, innovative solutions.
The visiting delegations were introduced to a range of systems and practices, including the digital project management system, enterprise operations management, and the criteria for obtaining a golden visa. They also learned about the Directorate's approach to digital empowerment, innovation management, human capital and talent management, as well as systems for managing property and assets, suppliers, and finances.
Additionally, they were briefed on the Directorate's solutions for environmental, economic, and social sustainability, digital empowerment systems, and partnership management. The guests expressed a high level of satisfaction, with an average happiness rate of 98%, based on the feedback and impressions recorded during their tours of various sites and sectors.
HE Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of GDRFA, expressed his pleasure at such a high rate of satisfaction, highlighting that the qualitative development of the solutions and practices adopted by the directorate stems from its commitment to societal happiness and quality of life, achieved by providing interconnected, proactive, flexible, and innovative services in the realms of nationality, residency, and ports.
